PA "TEHNOROS" designs and manufactures shiploading machines of "Don" class designed for loading small and medium displacement vessels.

The presented shiploading machine is equipped with a rotating boom, which allows feeding material to all points of the hold.

Shiploading machines of this class are designed for heavy duty operation, which implies increased dustiness and severe climatic conditions (from -50 to +50°C).

Special rotating boom is one of the features of the “Don” complex. Its presence together with the movement of the machine along the quay allows feeding material into each of the hold compartments.

The boom rotation is realised due to the boom location on the slewing support device.

These shiploading machines are easy to operate, do not require expensive maintenance and are characterised by high productivity, designed primarily for grain loading.  

Thanks to their simple and reliable design, “Don” shiploading machines guarantee efficient and trouble-free operation in difficult sea conditions and are a justified alternative to grab cranes.

To protect the equipment from corrosion, all metal structures are pre-blasted and coated with a layer of primer, intermediate and final layers in the paint chamber with a total thickness of at least 230 microns.

One of the advantages of shiploading machines of "Don" class is the execution of all metal structures in transport dimension, which reduces the cost of equipment delivery to the place of operation.

To ensure safety and efficient operation of the equipment, there are appropriate functions for overload protection, as well as automated mode of operation.

The maximum boom swing angle is 210°, which is sufficient for even loading even long vessels.

The maximum capacity of the complex is 2500 tonnes per hour.
